  15.    These are two audio samples I took 
  16. and set to executable form years ago. 
  17. Back then, no one was really interested 
  18. in digitizing audio for computer 
  19. playback.  The actual program code is 
  20. mine.  What I've included here is a 
  21. simple M/L playback routine strapped to 
  22. an audio sample.  True, they are both 
  23. crude, but what can you expect from 
  24. the raw 1.79 MHz of a stock Atari. 
  25.    NOTE: Although there are only two 
  26. options (play and boot) from the menu, 
  27. I did NOT trap reset so if you're  
  28. running some sort of ramdisk, you can 
  29. just "reset back to DOS".  The samples 
  30. I've included DO NOT intrude on ANY 
  31. extended memory... just make sure you 
  32. have basic disabled!
